TODAY’S MEDITATION – Your miracle starts with your belief! (Mark 6:5)

When we read this passage of the Bible, we can just sadly imagine how great miracles Jesus could have done in Nazareth! My brother, my sister, when you live in another country whatever happens to that country affects you, but what happens in your hometown affects you even more isn’t it? So, this gives us an idea of how Jesus could have felt not to be able to do great miracles in His hometown, just because the people did not accept His message or believe that He was from God. My friend, today, your hometown may be rejecting you for choosing to walk with the Lord, let the Lord use you elsewhere, then they will see and recognize that the Lord you are serving is the true living God. You don’t need to prove yourself! Those who reject you are those missing out, for that will not stop the Lord from using you where people believe in what He has put in you, where people will respond to His message. Yes, unbelief blinds people to the truth and robs them of hope. Therefore don’t except those rejecting Christ to understand your faith in the Lord. Now, you yourself may also be on the unbelief boat because the wind has been blowing your faith for a while and you feel you are not seeing God’s work in your life. So, let me remind you that the Bible says faith without works is dead (James 2:17) and you cannot please God without faith (Hebrews 11:6). So today, believe without doubting and ask the Lord for a mighty work in your life, and expect Him to act as you turn to Him with the eyes of faith. Stay blessed in Jesus’ name. [facebook] [retweet]
