God’s love is unique. For us, human beings, it is something difficult to understand what love is because we all have a selfish nature. My brother, my sister, God does not love you because of your background, your knowledge of the Bible or any reason you can try to find. It is even more difficult for some believers to understand that God loves unbelievers too. Yes, there is nothing you can do to cause God to love you any more than He already does and there is nothing that will cause God to love you any less. He loves you, even more than you love yourself. And the only thing He wants you to do is to LOVE too! You see, the Bible says: “…the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love.” (Psalms 33:18)… Yes, my friend, it is your love for God and His creation that brings protection, blessings, breakthroughs and the fulfillment of the promises of God into your life, and this love requires self-sacrifice. Yes, my friends, whatever you do, if you do it without love, it is in vain. Jesus gave His life on the cross out of Love for us! And, as His followers, we should do the same, laying down our lives for the others. Stay blessed in Jesus’ name.
