TODAY’S MEDITATION – What are you doing of the talents the Lord has given you?(Matthew 25:15).

The Bible says WE ALL HAVE BEEN GIVEN ABILITIES BY THE LORD: “To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag, each according to his ability” (Matthew 25:15). My brother, my sister, are you using the abilities the Lord has given you? When we look at our churches today, many believers attend them as spectators coming to a concert. They have talents they can use for the body of Christ, yet they do not do so… They have abilities the can use for the benefit of all, yet they keep those for their personal use, trying to prosper or succeed individually not to say selfishly. My friends, Jesus taught us that we are here to serve and that “Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all” (Mark 9:35). What we often forget is that under the sun everything comes and goes: “Everything under the sun is meaningless, like chasing the wind” (Ecclesiastes 1:14). However, Jesus also added that “For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it” (Matthew 16:25). In our walk with God, it is important to always remember that God is the One who created us and everything we desire, so He can truly provide for us, and that is why we must live according to His Word, in love, peace and serving the others first! Stay blessed in Jesus’ name.
