Sometimes, life looks too dull, too hard to live because we cannot get the things we think would make us live more comfortably, or bills are piling up and we don’t really know where to put your head. My brother, my sister, when things may seem hard to handle or running away from you, but remember these words from God the Almighty who loves you unconditionally: “The days are coming, declares the Lord, when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills”.
You know, when Martin Luther King dreamed of seeing a black man in the White House, it must have sounded impossible for unbelievers. Today what may sound impossible to you is so possible and at hand’s reach with God. Believe the one who is telling you that one day soon, a time of such abundance will come to you and you won’t be able to harvest all the crop pouring on your land! But for that to happen, you need to do what the Lord expects of you, because He has set principles in His Kingdom, and you cannot do without them. My friend, never assume that going to church, attending prayer meetings or being good are enough! The Lord expects much more from you: He wants your belief in Him to affect all the areas of your life, your conduct and also to extend to all people and circumstances.
Today, be inspired by the Word to live righteously and faithfully according to God’s principles, for Him to send that promised time of abundance to you. The fact is: God cannot contradict Himself. He is willing to open the flood gates of heaven over our heads this right time, not tomorrow… but He is only asking us this: “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14). My friend, hear this call and let the Lord heal your land to allow the crops to emerge abundantly in all the areas of your life… NOW, TODAY… Stay blessed in Jesus’ name.
