My brother, my sister, God did not fast and/or pray to create the world… He declared what He wanted to see or do!
The Church of today does not know we have the same creative power within us through the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit since God made us in His own image.
Declaring the Word of God, declaring what you want to see happening or what you want to do rather than speaking about it or complaining about what your situation or circumstances look like is as powerful as fasting and praying or lamenting… why? Because WE CAN DECLARE ONLY WHEN WE HAVE THE ASSURANCE, AND NO DOUBT, OF WHAT WE ARE SAYING…. In other words, our declarations are made in faith! When you tell someone, “wait for me, I am coming in 10 minutes”… You say it with the perfect faith that you will meet them in the next 10 minutes. You never think, at that moment that something can hinder you getting there within 10 minutes (that is faith!), you never wonder if you will even be able to get there (that is faith).
So, when you are declaring the things you want to see or do, you are in fact acting in the spiritual ability you were given by God Himself: “”I said, ‘You are “gods”; you are all sons of the Most High.’” (Psalm 82:6). So, proclaim, declare what you are hoping for until the end of the month.
