Today’s verse says: “He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, thus obtaining eternal redemption”
Human faith does not produce miracles. Divine faith is miracle faith, and the Israelites didn’t have it, just like many believers today. We all have five physical senses, but believers have access to one more sense: the spiritual sense, which is faith. My brother, my sister, know that every miracle of the Lord, every healing comes through the blood of Jesus. The Bible says with His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Yes, with His stripes, His healing blood, we are physically healed and also protected since it is written: “The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are, and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt” (Exodus 12:13).
You see, some people call on God to help and then when He helps them, they still doubt Him. Don’t doubt your miracle today; don’t doubt the blood of Jesus. Too many Christians doubt the power of the blood, yet they call on the blood daily. My friend, all power is in the blood: what can wash away our sins? Nothing but the blood of Jesus: “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin” (1 John 1:7). What can make us whole again when we are broken into pieces? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Therefore, we should not our hearts be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27).
My friend, are you not feeling reassured to know that you have nothing to fear in this final hour if you keep your eyes on Jesus and walk in His steps? The power of the blood has effect on us “if we walk in the light” and “we have fellowship with one another”. Many people think we can plead the blood of Jesus, just like that. The blood of Jesus is an everlasting covenant that brings peace in all the areas of our lives, it is sacred and its power is real… if and when we do what the Word of God says.
